We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@usafishbait.com to initiate a return. We will review your request and, if accepted, send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on where to send your item.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@usafishbait.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
